If the parallel sides of a trapezium are 10 cm and 6 cm and height is 5 cm

then find its area.​

The two sides are 5cm and 10cm respectively.

distance between both the sides = height of the trapezium=6cm

area =1/2 * h * (a+b)

h=height

a & b=both the sides

substituting the values and finding the answer:

area of the trapezium=45 sq.cm
