If the percentage error in the length of a square is 2% then what will be the percentage error in the area of the square, Explain?

Here we are given percentage error which means

Delta L /L × 100 = 2%

so, The formula to find area of square is L

 {l}^{2}

so, percentage error in area will be

=2 Delta L/L × 100

= 2 × 2

= 4%
