if the percentage error in the measurement of voltage is 5% and that in current is 2% then what is the percentage error in power

and R=V/I eq2

put eq 2 in eq 1

we get

P=IV

P%ERROR=I%ERROR +V%ERROR

=2%+5%

=7%
