Solution

Given :-

  • if the perimeter and area of a circle are numerically equal

Find :-

  • Radius of circle

Explanation

Formula,

\boxed{\tt{\red{\:Perimeter_{circle}\:=\:2πr}}}

\boxed{\tt{\green{\:Area_{circle}\:=\:πr^2}}}

Where,

  • r = Radius of circle .

According to question,

➡ Perimeter of circle = Area of circle

➡ 2πr = πr²

➡ r²/r = 2π/π

➡r = 2 .

Hence

  • When perimeter & area of numerically equal , then radius will be = 2 .
