perimeter of circle= 2πr

perimeter of square= 4*side

perimeter of circle /perimeter of square

= 2πr/4*side

side = πr/2

Area of circle /Area of square

= πr2/side 2

= πr2 / π2r2/4

= πr2*4/π2r2

= 4/π

ratio is 4:π
