Question :

if the perimeter of a circle is 6π then it's area is ?

Answer :

  • circumference of circle is 6π .

  • its area ?

Circumference of circle = 2πr

➡️ 6π = 2πr

️ pi gets cancelled on both sides .

➡️ 6 = 2r

➡️ r = \sf{\dfrac{6}{2}}

➡️ r = 3

Area of circle = πr²

➡️ 3.14 × 3 × 3

➡️ 3.14 × 9

➡️ 28.26

perimeter of circle = 2πr

6π = 2πr

2πr = 6π

r = 6π/2π

r = 6/2

r = 3

area of circle = πr²

= π3²

= 9π

hope it helps.
