Here is the solution :-

➡ Perimeter of a equilateral triangle = 3a

( a = side)

Side of the triangle =

x = 3a \\  \\ a =  \frac{x}{3}

Now, area of the triangle =

 \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times h \\  \\ here \: b =  \frac{x}{3}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   h =  \frac{x}{3}  \\  \\  \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{x}{3}  \times  \frac{x}{3}  =  \frac{1 \times x \times x}{2 \times 3 \times 3}  =  \frac{ {x}^{2} }{18}

So, the area of the triangle is =

 \frac{ {x}^{2} }{18}
