Perimeter = 2 (l+b) =180
So, l + b = 90---------1

Difference = l- b = 8---------------2

Add 1 & 2

=>l+b+l-b = 98
=> 2l =98
=> l = 49

And b = 49-8 = 41

Terefore ,
Area = lb = 49×41 =2009 m²

Given, 2(L+B)=180m =>L+B=90-----(i)
and L-B=8-----(II)
Solving (i)&(ii) 2L=98 =>L=49&B=41
Now, area of rectangle=L*B=49*41=2009m^2
Hope it helps, if any doubt plz comment, plz mark as brainliest
