Length=27/4=3.85cm
Breadth=?
Perimeter=2 * ( l+b )
          30 =2 * ( 3.8 + b)
          30= 7.6 * 2b
          2b = 30/ 7.6
         2b= 3.94
           b=3.94/2
           b=1.97 or approximately 2 cm

perimeter of rectangle = 2[ length + width ]
                            30 = 2[ 27/4 + w ]
                          30/2 = 27/4 + w
                    15 - 27/4 = w
                        33/4 = w
therefore,width of the rectangle is 33/4 cm
