length be l
breadth be 20
perimeter of rectangle = 90 cm
2(l+b)= 90
2l+2b=90
2l+2(20)=90
2l+40=90
2l=90-40
2l=50
l=25cm

Find Its Length =

perimeter = 90cm \\ breadth = 20cm \\ length =  \\ 2(l + b)  = 90\\ 2(l + 20) = 90 \\ l + 20 =  \frac{90}{2}  \\ l  + 20 = 45 \\ l = 45 - 20 \\ l = 25

Length = 25

Find its area =

l \times b \\ 25 \times 20 \\ 500 {cm}^{2}
