let the breadth be ' B M '

Find breadth of rectangular park :

perimeter = 840 M

2( L + B ) = 840 M

2 ( 280 + B ) = 840

560 + 2 B = 840 => 2 B = 840 - 560

2B = 280 M

B =280 /2 = 140 M

breadth( B ) = 140 M

area of rectangular park

= length × breadth

= 280 × 140 = 39200 M^2

therefore ,area of rectangular park (A)
