b^2-30b-4b+120=0

b(b-30)-4(b-30)=0

b=4 or b=30

Case 1. (From 2)l=34-b

L=34-4=30 then b=4 [this case is not possible as length is greater ]

Case 2. L=34-30=4 then b=30

So the area of a rectangle is LxB=30x4=120
