area=a²

ATQ

4a=a²

Only if the perimeter of the square is one in that case it will be numerically equal to it's area

area of a square is s^2 ( side * side)

1 * 1 = 1

( if the dimension is in "cm" then 1 cm^2 as cm is multiplied)
