if the perimeter of a square is 40√2 cm, find the hypotenuse of the square.

side=10√2
hypotenuse=√200+200
=√400
=20cm

Perimeter of Square = 40√2 cm

Each side = 40√2 / 4 = 10√2 cm

I hope Hypotenuse of a square will be it's diagonal ( i.e AC ) !!!

AC² = AB² + BC²

AC² = 2 × AB²

AC² = 2 × ( 10√2 )² [ AB = BC , All sides of a square are equal ]

AC² = 400

AC = 20 cm
