A  = 43.82  \: {cm}^{2}

a \:( Side) = 8 \: cm

b(Base) = 11 \: cm

p \: (perimeter)  =  32 \: cm

Using the formulas

A =  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}

P = a + b + c

s =  \frac{a + b + c}{2}

Solving for A

A =  \frac{1}{4}  \sqrt{ - P {}^{4} + 4 \: P {}^{3} b - 4(Pa) {}^{2}  - 12 \:P {}^{2} a \: b - 4(p \: b) {}^{2} + 8 \: P \: a \: b {}^{2}    }

≈43.8178cm²
