Answer: ( 2x +6)

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Perimeter of a triangle = (5x+12) cm

or, the sum of all three sides

First side = (x+3) cm

Second side = (2x+6) cm

So, third side = 5x +12 - (x+3+2x+6)

= (5x-3x+12-6)

= 2x +6 cm

Ans.= (2x +6)
