Step-by-step explanation:

let the first side be 1x or x

let the second side be 3x

let the third side be 2x

perimeter of triangle is 60 cm

perimeter= sum of all sides

60 = x+3x+2x

60 = 6x

x = 60/6

x = 10

first side= x = 10 cm

second side= 3x = 30 cm

third side = 2x = 20 cm

therefore, the smallest side is 10 cm

Answer:

take the ratio as 1x, 3x and 2x

now the sum of all sides of the triangle( perimeter )= 60

now,

×+3×+2×=60

6×=60

×=60÷6

×=10

substitute x = 10 in the ratio

1×10, 3×10 and 2×10

10, 30 and 20

so the smallest side is 10 cm
