8+2x=20
X=20-8/2

Let the base be ‘a' cm. Other two sides are 2a cm .
Perimeter = 20 cm
a+2a + 2a = 20
5a = 20
a= 20/5 = 4cm
base = 4cm
Other two sides are 8cm each.
