Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

18 =2(x+x+1)

$\frac{18}{2} = x + x + 1$

9=2x+1

9-1=2x

8=2x

$\frac{8}{2} = x$

4=x

Thus,the length of two sides are 4 and 5.
