• Perimeter of the Rectangle = 390 cm

• Length of the Rectangle = 30 cm

\large\sf{{{{To  \:  \: Find}}}}

• Breadth of the Rectangle

• Area of the Rectangle

\large\sf{{{{Formula \:   \:  Used }}}}

• Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 × ( Length + Breadth )

• Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

\large\sf{{{{Solution}}}}

To find the Breadth of the Rectangle, we will be using the Formula, Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 × ( Length + Breadth ), so let's do it!

Substituting the values,

390 = 2 × ( 30 + b )

390 = 60 + 2b

Where,

b = breadth

Now,

390 - 60 = 2b

2b = 330

330 ÷ 2 = 165

∴ Breadth of the Rectangle is 165 cm.

Now we have the Breadth and the Length of the Rectangle, let's find out the Area of the Rectangle then!

Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

Area of Rectangle = 30 × 165

Area of Rectangle = 4950 cm²

∴ Area of the Rectangle is 4950 cm²

Final answer : Breadth of the Rectangle is 165 cm and Area of the Rectangle is 4950 cm².
