Height=10 cm
Circumference of base=15.4 cm
2\pi r =  \frac{154}{10}  \\ 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r =  \frac{154}{10}  \\ r =  \frac{154 \times 7}{10 \times 2 \times 22}  \\    \\ r =  \frac{1078}{440}  = 2.45
Radius of cylinder=2.45 cm
volume \: of \: cylinder \\ \pi r {}^{2} h  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 2.45 \times 2.45 \times 10 \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{245}{100}  \times  \frac{245}{100}  \times 10 \\  =  \frac{13205500}{70000}  \\  = 188.65
So, volume of cylinder is 188.65cm^3.
