Given

Perimeter of the rhombus = 20cm

Length of diagonal = 8cm

NOTE :-

Diagonals of rhombus bisect each other at 90°

Perimeter of rhombus = 4a

where a = side of rhombus

Area of rhombus

1/2 × product of diagonal

1/2 × 8 × 6

4×6

24 sq.cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter of rhombus = 4a

then Side = 20cm

now, diagonals of rhombus bisects each other therefore , one half of other diag = √(20²-4²)

> √(400-16) ~19.5cm

•diagonal2 = 39cm

area = ½ × d¹ × d²

= 156cm²
