perimeter of sector = radius + radius + length of arc
29 = 6.5 +6.5 + length
length = 29 - 13
= 16
the easiest way to find area of sector
area of sector = length of arc * radius /2
= 16 * 6.5 /2
= 8 * 6.5
= 52
