1 × 10^-4

Explanation:

pH = 10

Normality of NaOH = Molarity × |Charge on ion|

Here , Charge on ion Na = |1| = 1 , OH = |-1| = 1

Therefore normality = Molarity

pH + pOH = 14

14 - pH = pOH

4 = pOH

pOH = - log (normality)

pOH = - log (molarity)

4 = - log (molarity)

-4 = log(molarity)

1 × 10^-4 = molarity
