4b-ab-36+9a=-5a-15-ab-3b

4b+3b+9a+5a-36+15=0

7b+14a-21=0

7(2a+b-3)=0

2a+b-3=0

2a+b=3..................(1)

a+b=1..............(2)

(1)-(2)=>a=2

substitute a=2 in (2)

2+b=1

b=-1

a=2 and b=-1
