If the point (1,1) lies on the graph of "2x+ay=6" then what is the value of "a" ?

2x+ay=6

(2,2)

2×2+a×2=6

2×2+a×2=6

4+a×2=6

a×2=6-4

a×2=2

a=2/2

a=1
