here is your answer my friend
given that tye point (3,2)liea on the graph of the equation 3y=ax+5
which means that we will put x=3 and y=2in the equation
3(2)=a(3)+5
6=3a+5
6-5=3a
1=3a
1/3=a
a=1/3

substitute the value of x and y in equation 3y=ax+5
3(2) =a(3)+5
6=3a +5
3a = 6-5
3a = 1
