c(-1,2)={3(x)+4(2)whole ÷3+4} , {3(y)+4(5)whole÷3+4}
=>(-1,2)={3x+8whole÷7} , {3y+20whole÷7}
-1=3x+8whole÷7 , 3y+20whole÷7=2
-1×7=3x+8. , 3y+20=2×7
3x=-7-8. , 3y=14-20
3x=-15. , 3y=-6
x=-5. , y=-2
 {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2}  =  { -5}^{2} +   { - 2}^{2}    \\  = 25 + 4 = 29
