if these points B(3, 6) and c (-3, 4) are collinear then these points must satisfy the given equations x-3y+15=0
1 point 3, 6
x=3 y =6
so
3-3x6+15=18-18=0

for second point -3, 4

-3-3*4+15=0
-3-12+15=0
15-15=0
hence these point are collinear.
