If the polynomial 3 2 (6 13 2) x x x    is divided by (2 1) x  , then what will be the quotient and remainder?​

LET p(x)=q(x)(x-3)(x+2)+a(x-3)+b(x+2)

plug in x=3→2=b(3+2)→b=2/5

plug in x=-2→-13=a(-2–3)→a=13/5

∴required remainder

=13/5(x-3)+2/5(x+2)

=(1/5){13x–39+2x+4}

=(15x–35)/5

=3x–7
