if the polynomial x^4 + ax^3 + 2x^2 - 3x+b is exactly divisible by polynomial x^2 + 1 then find the value of a and b..

                x^4 + x^2

                                    x^2 - (3 +a) x 
                                    x^2  + 1 
                                     =========
                                           - (3+a) x - 1 - b

as remainder is supposed to be 0,    b = -1   and  a = -3
