V=Voltage=10KV

Now we know that Power P=VI

So,Current  I= P/V

I=2*10^{6}/1010^{3} =200A

Now power loss = Heat Produced

I^2R =(200)^2*40 =1.6*10^6 w

% of power loss =1.6*10^6/2*10^6 =0.8*100 = 80%
