If the power of a motor be 100 kW, at what speed can it raise a load of 50,000 N?

Power is = workdone / time 
Here power is given as 100,000 Watts 

And work done is force × displacement 
And force is given as 50,000 N 
We left with displacement ..

100,000 = 50,000 × displacement / time where we can take displacement by time as velocity so by dividing we get 2m/s
