Question is to find speed of motor:

if the power of a motor is 50kW, at what speed can it raise a load of 25,000 N:

Since Power = Force * Velocity

=) 50 kW = 25,000 * v

=) 50*1000 W = 25000 N * v

=) 50/25 = v

=) 2 m/s

1kW=1000W⇒50kW=50000W
Power=Work/Time
50000W=(F×d)/t
50000=25000×d/t
d/t=50000/25000
v=2 m/s
Hence,with a speed of 2 m/s it can raise a load of 25000 N.
