Answer: Final volume will be 1.5 fold the original volume.

Explanation:

Assume that volume at STP to be V and pressure to be P and temperature to be T

Now, the number of moles of the gas X present

 n= PV/RT

  PV= nRT

The second condition is

P_{2}  =2P

T_{2} =3T

Now, the volume is

 V_{2}  = nRT_{2} /P_{2}

 Now, substituting the value of T2 and P2

V2=nRT2/P2

V2=PV/T ×3T/2P

V2=(3/2)P

V2=1.5P

 So, the final volume will be 1.5 fold the original volume.
