\textbf{\huge{ANSWER:}}

Price before increase = Rs. 30

Price after increase = Rs. 31.5

Increase = Price before increase - Price after increase

=》 Rs. 31.5 - Rs. 30

=》 Rs. 1.5

Formula for finding the percentage increase;

Percentage\:increase = \frac{Increase}{Price\:\:before \:\:increase}\times 100 \\

Putting the values in the formula:

=》 \frac{1.5}{30}\times 100\\

=》 \frac{15}{3}\\

=》 \textbf{5}

Answer = 5%

Hope it Helps! :)
