45% will be the answer.
When we change it into decimal form.

Then P(E)+P(E')=1
0.55+P(E')=1

P(E')=1-0.55
P(E')=0.45.
Hope it will help you.

answer is 0.45
P(E) + P( not E) = 1
therefore 1-0.55= 0.45
