If the product of two fractions is 1,then

In the Proper fraction q>p and in improper fraction p>q.

If both the fractions are improper or proper then both the numbers will be greater than and less than 1 respectively.

They can't give the product equal 1 ever.

For resulting in 1, fraction must be multiplied by its inverse i.e. one is proper and other is improper.
