Heya !!!

Let other rational number be X

According to question,

X × -16/7 = 25/42

X = 25×7/42 × -16

X = 25/6 × -16

X = 25/-96 = -25/96

Hence,

Other rational number = X = -25/96.

Let the other number is x,

According to the question :

Product of the numbers = 25/42

-16/7 × x = 25/42

x = - 7/16 × 25/42

x = - 25/96

Hence, -25/96 is the other number
