simplified version of the number which is multiplied

 \frac{ - 21}{5} - 4 \\  =  \frac{ - 21 - 20}{5}  =   \frac{ - 41}{5}

thus, second number multiplied is X

 \frac{ - 41 }{5} x =  \frac{ - 55}{6 }  \\ x =  \frac{ - 55}{6} \times  \ \frac{5}{ - 41}  = \\   \frac{275}{246}

hence derived
