If the product of two whole number is 0 can we say that one or both of them will be zero ? justify through example ?

yup, we can say that one of the numbers is zero because you wouldn't get a zero when you multiplied two non zero numbers
eg
5*0=0
0*0=0
and if (x+6)(x-7)= 0 then it means that one of the nos. =0
ie x+6=0 or x-7=0
eg
5*0=0
0*0=0
and if (x+6)(x-7)= 0 then it means that one of the nos. =0
ie x+6=0 or x-7=0
