Answer:

YES, WE CAN SAY THAT EITHER BOTH OR ONE OF THEM WILL BE A ZERO. IF WE MULTIPLY A NUMBER WITH ZERO, WE GET A ZERO. AND IF WE MULTIPLY A ZERO WITH A ZERO WE GET THE SAME ANSWER THAT IS ZERO.

EXAMPLES:

5×0=0

WHEREAS

5×3=15

HERE WE SEE THAT IN THE FIRST EXAMPLE, 0 = 0

WHEREAS IN THE SECOND EXAMPLE WE SEE THAT 15≠0

Answer:

Yes there has to be a zero to equate the answer to zero .

Justification:

If one number is 0 then,

2 X 0 = 0

here in the above example zero is included

if zero is not included then,

2 X 10 = 20

here the ones place has zero but not the answer is not
