❏ Question:-

If the product of zeroes of polynomial (ax^2-6x-6) is 4, find the value of a ?

❏ Answer:-

Given:-

  • Equation (ax² - 6x -6 ) = 0 .
  • product of Zeroes = 4.

Find:-

  • Value of a .

❏ Explanation:-

We Have,

[ Product of zeroes = ( Constant part )/(Coefficient of x² ) ]

( product of Zeroes = 4. )

4 = (-6)/a

a = -(6)/4

a = - (3)/2

Or,

a = - 1.5

If the product of zeroes of polynomial (ax²-6x-6) is 4, find the value of a ?

\huge\bold\green{Answer}

So, According to the question we have :-

°•° Equation = ax² - 6x - 6

°•° Product of zero is = 4

→ a = a

→ b = -6

→ c = -6

[Product of zeroes = 4]

As ,We know that Product of zeroes = c/a

So, by substituting value we get :-

= c/a = 4

= -6/a = 4

= a = -6/4

= a = -3/2

Hence the required value of “ a ” is -3/2
