Given polynomial,
ax^2-6x-6=0

product of zeroes=4

we know that,

product of zeroes=constant term/coefficient of x^2

4=-6/a

a=-6/4=-3/2

Hence value of a=-3/2

Now,we have polynomial
(-3/2)x^2-6x-6=0
-3x^2-12x-12=0
