Product of zeroes = 3

We know that;

Product of zeroes = c / a  ___(i)

Here,

a = 1

b = -4

and, c = k

So, putting all the required values in (i) equation.

3 = k / 1

k = 3

So, our required polynomial is x^2-4x+3.
