dividend = divisor x quotient + remainder
= (x+2) (3x^2-2x+1) +2x +5
= 3x^3-2x^2+x+6x^2-4x+2+2x+5
= 3x^3 +4x^2-3x+2x+7
= 3x^3+4x^2-x+7
