Given -

Height of the bucket = h = 28 cm

Smaller radius of the bucket = r = 7 cm

Larger radius of the bucket = R = 28 cm

The bucket is in the form of a frustum and the volume of frustum has the formula ,

Volume = (π/3)(R²h + r²h + rRh)

=> Volume = (22/21) × (28) × ((28)² + (7)² + 196)

=> Volume = (22/21) × (28) × (1029)

Volume of the bucket = 30184 cm³

Surface of the frustum has the formula , T.S.A = πr² + πR² + πh(R+r)

=> (22/7) × (49+784+980)

=> 5698 cm²

The total surface area of the bucket = 5698 cm²
