radius = r/2
slant height = 2l
Therefore TSA = 22/7 × r/2 ( r/2 + 2l)
11/7 × r × (r+4l)/2
( 11r^2 × 44rl)14

surface area of a cone = \pi r(r+l)
r = r/2 and l =2l
so,
         = \pi  \frac{r}{2}( \frac{r}{2}+2l)
         = \pi  \frac{r^2}{2} +rl
