let the radius be r
when radius is increased by 1 ,the new radius is 'r+1'
circumference of a circle=2πr
circumference of circle with radius r+1 is = 2π(r+1)
the new diameter is 2(r+1)
ratio of the circumference to the diameter
2π(r+1)/2(r+1)
=π/1=22/7/1
=22/7
the ratio is 22:7
hope you will understand
