Ans:- Let radius and height of cone be r and h respectively.

Then, the volume of cone = 1/3πr^2h

= If the radius of cone is doubled and height be halved then radius be 2r and height be 1/2h.

therefore, the volume of new cone = 1/3πr^2h

= 1/3×π×(2r)^2×1/2h

= 2/3×π×r^2×h

therefore the volume of cone become 2 times
